This application is a pilot study for our research on using Mobile applications for Early Child Development Screening.
The use of this application allows parents/caretaker to perform early child development screenings to record down the milestones achieved by the child via checkpoints which is in (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 18 months)The use of this application will require your consent as a parent/caretaker to collect the screening results of your child.
By using this application, you have agreed for us to collect the results of your child’s screening result which may include name, age and gender.
